Information you send us

When you use the free estimate form, you may provide:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Preferred contact method
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• A description of the damage
• Optional photos of the vehicle or damage

If you call, text, or email us instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share for that conversation.

How we use it

We use this information to:

• Respond to estimate requests and answer questions
• Prepare repair estimates and discuss insurance or next steps
• Follow up about your vehicle or appointment needs
• Improve how we run the shop and this website

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing lists.

Hosting and form delivery

This website is hosted on Netlify. Estimate form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and delivered to the shop email so we can reply. Netlify and our email provider may process message content as needed to deliver that service. See Netlify’s own privacy documentation for how they handle hosted form data.

Photos

Photos you upload are used only to understand the damage and prepare an estimate. Do not upload images that include unrelated personal documents or other people’s private information.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google tags for advertising measurement (Google Ads) and, when enabled, Google Analytics. Google may collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. We may also record simple engagement events (for example phone, email, directions, or form clicks) to understand how the site is used. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Embedded maps (Google Maps) and links to Instagram, Facebook, or Google reviews are provided by those services and are subject to their own privacy policies when you use them.

Live chat

This site uses Tawk.to for optional live chat. If you start a chat, the messages and any contact details you type are processed by Tawk.to and delivered to the shop so we can respond. Use of chat is subject to Tawk.to’s privacy policy as well as this page.

How long we keep information

We keep estimate and contact details as long as needed to respond, complete repairs if you become a customer, meet record-keeping needs, or resolve questions. We may delete older form submissions from hosting tools when they are no longer useful.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging vehicle repairs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices
