You choose the shop. Drop off or schedule a time for us to look at the damage.

We inspect the vehicle and document what needs repair so the claim stays clear.

We talk with the insurer about the scope of work so you are not stuck in the middle.

We complete the repair
Bodywork, paint matching, and final checks happen in our Dearborn Heights shop.

You choose your repair shop
In Michigan, the customer decides where the vehicle is repaired. Your insurance company pays for covered repairs according to your policy. It does not own the choice of shop. If an insurer suggests a different facility, you can still bring the car to Heights Collision.
